Heavy evening dresses: Heavy evening dresses priced over 600 Riyals can only be exchanged or returned within 24 hours of receipt through the website, and no requests will be accepted after this period. Non-returnable or non-exchangeable products: Accessories are not exchanged or returned to maintain quality and hygiene standards. How to request a return or exchange: Request can be made through customer service via WhatsApp "click here". After reviewing the request, the customer will be provided with a return shipment number within 24 hours. The shipment must be handed over to the shipping company within 7 days of issuing the waybill; otherwise, the request will be closed. Once received at the warehouse and inspected, the exchange or refund will be completed within 10–14 working days. ⚠️ Can the store cancel the order? The store may cancel the order if the product is unavailable or if there is an error in stock update. In this case, the full amount will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method. Shipping within Saudi Arabia: The customer bears the cost of return shipping, and delivery fees paid are non-refundable. The first exchange is free for non-discounted products; the customer bears the shipping cost for the second exchange or for discounted products. Gulf and international: The customer bears the shipping costs for exchange or return.
